There must be a lot of value there and it must be a great area. The lenders there also must know what they are doing. Who are the main lenders--hometown or national banks?

Monika- There is a tremendous amount of value in these Hanover County,Va homes. The lenders are actually primarily national with a few local banks starting to get a good foothold.
