Shoreline condominiums are a great option for those looking seeking housing near Seattle.  Affordable, convenient, and only minutes from downtown, Shoreline condominiums are perfect for those who want to be near it all (without having to pay millions).

Most Shoreline condominiums sell for somewhere between $200,000 and $300,000.  However, smart shoppers can usually find even cheaper condominiums on the market.   Most of the luxury condos in the region are found in Edmonds, Kirkland, and Seattle, but there are numerous spacious, high-end Shoreline condominiums, as well.  These are scattered throughout the city's neighborhoods.

Besides the price, what attracts most buyers to Shoreline condominiums is convnenience.  Jobs, shopping, and all the other great features of the big city are a stone's throw away from Shoreline condominiums.   No matter where residents live, they are only minutes away from I-5 and Aurora Avenue (Highway 99), both direct routes to downtown Seattle.  Residents who have no need to reach Seattle can easily around within the city.  Stores and services that aren't within walking distance are a quick drive or bus ride away from everys neighborhood.

Shoreline condominiums are larger than those found in densely populated Seattle.  Typical two-bedroom units, for example, range from 800 to 2,000 square feet.   The variety allows buyers to find any type of Shoreline condominium.  Residents who don't enjoy maintaining single-family homes do not have to compromise space when living in a Shoreline condominium.   On the other hand, some residents may have chosen to purchase a condo instead of renting an apartment for investment reasons, inspiring them to purchase a smaller, more affordable unit.

Earlier Shoreline condominiums were constructed in the 1960's, though some older houses have been separated into condos.   These condos provide residents with a classic style at an inexpensive price.  Newer Shoreline condominiums - some being built as this article is written - are usually a bit more expensive, but still some of the most affordable housing in the area.

Whether you are looking for an investment, comfortable housing, or both, Shoreline condominiums are a great purchase.   To learn more, contact the Home4Investment real estate team.
