Multiple Streams of Income
This week, I staged a New Construction house. On Friday, workers were installing a new microwave and they left a lot of papers/boxes and dust. The house needs to be wiped down, mopped and windows windexed. I was hired by the realtor, but called the Developers to see if they would like for me to arrange to have someone clean the house. The reaction was very positive and they were excited I could do that for them. It is very light cleaning and they are willing to pay well for the service. Because my staff is primarily me, I will be doing the wiping down myself tomorrow.
Do many of you come across New Construction homes that need this service? It was a great excuse for me to make contact with the developer.
