Could have save this for a Speechless Sunday or Wordless Wednesday but for those of us who are riding out the latest east coast snow storm our usual views are changed again. If you are living where it is sunny and warm be thankful for your day on the beach :-)
No even the geese have have left the course for more protection. Enjoy your cocoa and some quiet time with your wife.

Cindy, here in Gettysburg we got creamed, I took some pictures that I will post MOnday, spent the say shoveling, I am beginning to really dislike winter
Chris Ann-on my walk over to a neighbors Blizzard party I took a couple of photos of cars or what you have to figure are cars completely buried in snow. I'm over it :-)
Susan-the fact that we have had two of these snow storms in one winter is what is amazing. Unusal for Northern Virginia/DC area.
Gerry-I've talked to friends up and down the east coast and looks like a lot of people are going to be dealing with snow for a long time.

Kay-I walked around a bit late yesterday after the plows went through. By the time I came home and the sun was down the ice was forming. Not good.
Rich-it was pretty last night as a few rays of sunset peaked through. This morning all I see on the street is ice. Ugghhh.
Good luck digging out. Hopefully the green will be back before the Spring.
Jim-don't think we will see the green for a few weeks :-) Fortunately our neighborhood has contracts with private companies to do our plowing so our streets are relatively clear. YEA!
Cindy: Hope you enjoy the day. I'm wondering how the homeless east coasters are enduring this...and where they are?
Kristen-shelters are open and new emergency locations are also open as there are close to 100,000 homes without power. Hopefully those who need a safe & warm place to be have taken advantage of one of the places that are open.
Cindy...What a change! The news here was saying you were in for a big storm and from your pictures they were right on target. Stay warm!

Carra-thanks it seems to be just par for the course this winter.
Debra-I don't mind the snow as long as I can get out. It is the "trapped" days that make me start to go a little crazy.
