$7 real time real estate leads, your site, your phone number

I am not going to insult your intelligence with a drawn out sales pitch.  You either need leads/calls, or you do not.  We have successfully run this in mutliple cities with similar results of an average of $7/lead excluding call ins.

The package includes :

Your site is made for the sole function of generating leads.  It will get optimized for pay per click, and natural search results, for the purpose of generating traffic.  When your site is visited they will be asked to enter information to get access.  A working example is here http://www.oviedo-homes-search.us/.  Here are the conversion results from a afternoon from this Oviedo site .

After a client enters their information they are redirected to your website (The page of your choice), and will instantly receive a personalized message from you via the auto responder.  You will also get the lead real time into the emal address of your choice. 

When it comes to traffic, we will completely set up the Adwords account for you.  One group will be targeted nationwide using only location targeted keywords (Oviedo Homes, Oviedo Real Estate, and etc). A second group will be local and use all the real estate keywords we have collected.  We can target within "x" amount of miles from any location you want.  It can be from your office, home, or a central city location.  You can set the days and times you want to run, along with a daily budget limit. Also, all your PPC ads will have your phone number in it so potential clients can call with out having to "click" which will increase business while decreasing costs.

You get one local term to use for your keywords.  It can be the city, or county you want targeted.  Right now we are only allowing one agent per region.

For Active Rain members the complete set up for the website, and the PPC campaigns, is $250.  You can then manage the PPC campaigns yourself, or we can do it for you for a flat rate of $150/month regardless of how much money your monthly spending budget.

What we need from you :

• The .com name with your location in it. You can go to register.com to see if you name is available.  DO NOT register the name, we will do that for you
• The email address you want the lead delivered to
• The phone number you want on the PPC ads
• The page you want clients to be directed to after they submit their information (You will also need to be able to place the PPC tracking code on this page)
• Your welcome auto responder message
• The central location (Address), and number of miles away you want your local ads to show
• The days, and times you want your PPC ads to run
• Your monthly/daily budget

The time frame for the website set up is normally 48 hours, just because of the .com wait.  PPC campaigns will be set up the same day the your site is available.  They should run instantly on Google, but Google does an ad review that make take anywhere from 2-4 days to get on the whole network.
