Some of the first time home buyers that I am working with are taking advantage of the Rural Housing Program.  I found this helpful resource to help determine if a home they are interested in will qualify, before we research it further.  It has saved a great deal of time and effort, and is wonderful if you can't contact the lender in the meantime either.  Enjoy!

Hi Kristin,

Thanks for the great link.   It is a great program and almost as good as the agricultural peanut subsidy! Lots of properties qualify down here in "the sticks" in Indiana!

(enjoyed your picture, although you need to get out in the country and get some of those great rolling hills Wisconsin dairy/farm field shots during the summer so you will have them on file!) ^_~
