Top 10 Most Affordable Places to Live

Hi Everyone,

CNN Money conducted a survey on the most affordable towns in the U.S.  This is based on the median income divided by the median home prices, coming up with a "home-to-income" ratio. 

Here's the Top 10:

1) Northbrook, Ohio                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

2) Blacklick Estates, Ohio 
3) Tonawanda, New York
4) Shiloh, Ohio
5) West Mifflin, Pennsylvania
6) North College Hill, Ohio
7) Maple Heights, Ohio
8) Kenmore, New York
9) Penn Hills, Pennsylvania
10) Brentwood, Pennsylvania

Thanks for this list.  Not necessarily the most happening spots?  I'm sure neither your city of Honolulu, nor mine of Alexandria, Virginia made the list!  But when's the last time you heard of anyone taking a vacation to any of these top 10?

Brian, I have to agree with you.  I know why those towns are the most affordable...'cause no one wants to live there.  The South offers warm weather year around.

Brian, Todd, Eric - Haha!  I would have to agree with all of you.  As expensive as Honolulu is,  I don't think I'll be moving to the above places anytime soon.
