Here is a brief update on the condo and town home market in Ruidoso.

  Current listings on the market:  102 

  Median list price:  $199,500

  Median price per sq. ft.:  $145

There are some good buys, in every price range, especially the under $150K price range. The Golf Course condo featured below overlooks the Links Golf Course, on White Mountain Dr. It one of several available in the Whispering Bluff Condo complex. Glad to hear from another Thesis user. and your site looks very sharp! I really like the design of your top header graphics, and I might try setting up a similar page or category for subdivisions - like you have with Evergreen Subdivisions.  ( I wish DS IDX were in our area... the Google map applications, and your listing widgets have a professional look to them. )

I look for more agents to start using WP, and ditching their old template sites...
