Most Realtors target individual families. And how many homes does an individual family buy in 10 years? Maybe 2 or 3. That is selling retail.
Selling wholesale is working with a buyer that buys 1-2 homes per year, or more. So where do you find people like this? Your local real estate investor's association.
Many of those people buy 1 or more houses per month!
And they can all use a Realtor's help to find those homes as well as a good broker to do the mortgage.
They might be doctor's looking for rental units, or rehab specialists looking for run down properties to flip. But they are actively looking.
Not many Realtor's even know about these people. Now that you do, take advantage of it. There is an Investors Association in practically every area of the country. Find one local to you and cultivate a relationship with some of its members.
