Twitter Video BubbleWe are in the business of meeting people and forever extending our services to a larger circle of friends. This Twitter Bubble tool has me giggling with amusement as I type this post.  Here's the explanation.

Here is Mine http://bbltwt.com/qmuzc

Now you are able to update your twitter stream on a daily or event based program;  How about Timed releases of Video's from Tweet you Later to promote your Hot New Listing; Key word strategy or Public Open house.

The opportunites and possibilities of extending this social media tool really has my attention.  Are you keeping up with the changes in communication.  If you think Social Media is a fad  I would caution you that in excess of 50% of my video viewership on youtube is 45 to 64 years old.  [I thought the 30 somethings would dominate]

Add me on twitter, http://twitter.com Check out, rate, comment and respond to the video's  http://Youtube.com/dpylyp engage your prospect base in their daily conversations; Then take the conversation aside for a real estate moment. As always if you have someone relocating to the west Toronto GTA that is Etobicoke to Oakville  I would be pleased to send you a referral fee.

David, I am still wrestling with the idea that Twitter and FB are relevent.  However, if you are seeing value, I might have to pay more attention to it.  I know video is king and you are king of kings!  Thanks.

I am also wrestling with Facebook and Twitter

Yet with timed scheduled tweets at Tweet You Later and Using framing screens like Hotwall I am able to time the release and repetition of tweets at different times.

Twitter is topic keyword driven for google SEO, The tweets get ranked. People view the pages that you suggest on Twitter.   (the bubble Tweet test had 144 views when I checked yesterday)   Being able to drive fresh eyes to your web pages by topic will assist your google ranking.

If not your ranking maybe you are adding another long string key word combination to your Google dominance.

The by product is that I am engaging and commumicating with people who would normally be completely outside my sphere of influence or circle of friends.  Have been to two different tweet ups, that lead to additional local advertiserrs on my website.

So..  does it work?  Everything works when you work it.

That said.. a lady on the weekend commented that "Of Course, she saved and used her yellow pages"  but she was in her 80's

Always appreciate your comments Marcia

David, I will have to check out Tweet You Later.  Until I can fully understand this, that sounds like the first, consistant thing to do.  When I started out on AR I was told to "just do it".  Now, I would not miss it...so much rich information being shared ...so many nice people to meet!

Now, FB is another thing.  I was with some clients and friends the other evening and they were talking about a REALTOR who was on FB and the inane comments she posted...like I am going to the gym now....etc. etc. turned them off of ever using her.  (She is a big lister in a community I do not care to farm) And I get a little upset at the inane comments that get posted to my FB.  HOWEVER, I know I must embrace this technology. I got what seemed like a great lead on my site the other day asking for a high end property (5.5) in a community that I know well.  I was able to go to White Pages,Canada (TO) and figure out that the phone listing and address did not match a similar lifestyle. A quick phone call confirmed it.  I love white and yellow pages on line.  Saved me a Goose Chase!

So I will keep working the new and try to stay ahead of the curve!  Your videos are superb!!!!  Thanka again.
