Oh, your not a buyer? Maybe you have been thinking of selling. This doesn't mean that it is a BAD time to sell, if you don't have to sell (by that I mean that you can still make your payments on time) expect competition, lots of it. Price your house correctly (talk to the Gockel Group about this, and listen to what is said) and expect 90 to 120 days on the market.
If you HAVE TO SELL (see definition above), price your home 10-15% under market (talk to the Gockel Group about the price, and listen) expect some lookers before you get an offer. If you can't make the payments, or only a portion, call me quick so we can avoid the problems of foreclosure or short sale.
