Wow! A very slow month for all of Salem. SE was also quite slow. Top Sale in the area is nothing to brag about and the Oringal List Price to Sales Price is continuing to be around 8% to 10% different. The staggering numbers here are 90 homes sold in the Salem Keizer area for the month. Out of 600 agents that is a very slow month and year. This of course is just Residential, not including Residential with acreage or bareland, etc.
