Our first stop is a new construction custom estate home that is listed for $6 Million dollarsright next to the Polo Fields and within hacking distance to the Palm Beach Equestrian Center for all the Winter Equestrian events that include hunter jumper and dressage competitions. The Stables are attached to the house. The main living area of this estate is above the stables. There are fenced in paddocks and a turn out or exercise ring in front of the estate. The video tells the story better than I can here. You have to see these horse stables. I am sure many of you would say this is good enough for your teenagers to live in!
When people tour FL Horse properties in Wellington Fl they most often say that you can not tell the difference between the house the people live in and the stables the horses live in. Actually some of our friends keep their stables and barns cleaner than their homes.
Ah yes, Horses are where it is at in our town. The Equestrian area of Wellington is large, famous and brings in more money every year than Thanksgiving and Christmas put together each year. They add stability to our town.

Great video clip-the stables in our town are something else! Even the ceilings in the barn were made of beautiful wood-was that teak? Hopefully I can bring a buyer there someday!

Looking at that video reminded me of Pie 'O My from the Sopranos. This community sounds like they replaced their best friend, dogs, with horses.
