Carla many area are seeing more sales but pricing is lowers, much better than no sales and any improvement is good trend.
That's a lot of great information to share with people my friend. We are seeing a little more traffic and much of it is centered around our lower priced homes.
Carla,
That's good information. I'm thinking of investing myself in Arizona and it still looks pretty flat.
Love your picture, Carla. That probably says it all! Poor Teddy . . . but he will recover.
Carla...That report is really great information. Thanks for sharing it.
Hi Jennifer . . . you said it! Any improvement is a good trend!
Hey JL -- you're welcome. I try to post this monthly . . .
Hi Terry -- AZ is a good place, at least they have SUN (= warm) there!!
Hello Deena . . . poor Teddy. I'll have to find a healthy Teddy when news is better ;-)
Hey Carra -- You are welcome!
I look forward to this report every month...not that I always like the results but we cannot hide our head in the sand. Thanks Carla!
Hi Art . . . that's true. And I just commented on a blog about Long Beach, with beautiful views of sand and surf. Can't bury our heads . . .
Carla, this is really good information, the one from last monthwas as well. Hope your doing well.
Carla: I hope your market improves and you have a great 2010. California has rising prices and too many buyers for all of these foreclosures.
We have been so boring for 6 months (I know I need to be careful with what I wish for!) Just stability at the bottom as far as pricing goes. Seeing no end to REO and short sales coming online and buyer interest extremly high gobbling it up!
