Dallas real estate is experiencing a little bit of a boom right now. I know the market is not great, however if you just drive around downtown, or just look at it from a distance, you will see all kinds of growth and development. They are building a 160 million dollar church project for First Baptist Church Dallas, and then they are building a huge new park to go over the 35 interchange. Its some pretty unbeleiveable building projects. These are just 2 of them there is so much going on in Dallas real estate.
Dallas homes for sale are also growing, more and more people are moving to dallas so more and more homes need to be built. The builders have learned though, so instead of going in and building 20 homes they may go in and build 3-4 and then when they sell move on to the next. So everyone is learning, but i do see a bright future for Dallas real estate.
