The accredited staging class through StagedHomes.com was scheduled at my Bel Air, MD Keller Williams office. Since another storm is headed our way the class has been postponed. Your safety first!
It will be rescheduled for sometime in March 2010. We are also looking for a home that needs some staging help for us to practice on after our class. The instructor will be present to advise us. She will meet with your homeowner prior to the class to go over the details. This is a free service to your homeowner.
If you have a listing in the Abingdon, BelAir areas that needs a little help please contact me. It doesn't have to be a Keller Williams listing and you do not have to be enrolled in the class for us to use your listing. Last years home that we staged was listed by a ReMax agent. So this can be a win-win situation for all. If you are interested in having your listing considered for a complimentary staging in March 2010 please let me know.
