Heritage, Fort Worth/Keller, Texas Many clients of mine say that they are looking for a Tarrant County community with charm, variation in style, great amenities, and a highly rated school district. One of the best communities that fits this criteria is the wonderful neighborhood of Heritage. Heritage is a master-planned community in Fort Worth, Texas, located on the far north part of the city, close to the Alliance area (employment centers, Texas Motor Speedway, etc.). Heritage is located between I-35W (exit 63, "Heritage Trace Parkway") and US 377. A 10-acre aquatic park and sports complex are two of the amenities offered by this community. The water park includes water slides, kiddie pools, cabanas, a lap pool, splash bucket pool, and lagoon pool with waterfall. The neighborhood is zoned to Keller ISD and has three elementary schools in the subdivision - Bette Perot Elementary School, Fort Worth; Eagle Ridge Elementary School, Fort Worth; and Lone Star Elementary School, Fort Worth. All these schools are highly rated and very desirable.
