What makes Landbrokr different?

For the record, I have nothing whatsoever to do with this site.  I did sign-up just to see what they were all about, Northwest Indiana on Landbrokr.  Here's the post on Inman Blog Free Facebook app for real estate

So?  What do you think of the site, and what's so different?  I haven't tried the Facebook application yet, and as a home builder I may not find it as useful as those of you who are looking for dozens of ways to list a house for free on the internet so it comes up in searches relevant to your buyers.

Not sure what to think about this site yet.  I'll have to do some research.  Thanks for the info.

Steve, I set up a facebook account. Bring in my blog and upload my listings, I have been amazed, 6 inquiries. Mostly on my lower end condo's because the younger people use it. I did get an inquiry on my 650K house someone wanted to rent it. huh ?

I got comment spam from one guy at Landbrokr on one of my blogs.  I don't really get what the FaceBook application is about... Last night I got an email spam from one of them.

I haven't quite decided if I'm going to use LandBrokr or not, but I have been using Facebook quite a bit lately and I'm seeing a slight increase in traffic as a result. I try to use any means possible to get out there and Facebook is going gangbusters right now. It's got some pretty cool features too, some of which I'd like to see incorporated over here maybe.
