That wallpaper is dizzying! We can plainly see.....Thanks for sharing!
Hi Sharon..do I need to decide tonight? Can I try out Both first ?:O))
Nice Job !
That wallpaper has to be 100 years old! It now looks young again!!
Sharon,
The dreaded wallpaper... it really is too personalized and should always be removed before putting a house on the market! Glad to see that your clients listened to your recommendations, great results!
Great use of colour Sharon. I also love that stick on art your using.
Not hard to see what staging does here. Keep up the good work!
It's amazing how some simple changes make a huge difference. Great job and love the use of colors. Thanx for sharing!
No, Not difficult at all...so why are some so slow to catch on????????????
Yuck! That wallpaper was never a good choice! Great job!
Ok so the staged room is better, but did you have to remove that lovely wooden shelf from the wall? Looks like a very convenient place to keep my glasses and tissues. LOL! Beautiful job, as usual!
Nice Job, what a big difference!
Thanks to Everyone of YOU for your comments.
The good news is after spending over 6 mos on the market with no offers, once it was staged it had an offer within a week!!
I am very pleased.
Hi Sharon..Just circling back.....Wow Congratulations on a job well done with the sale from your efforts, The seller must be very pleased with you.
Hi Sharon, Wow! Congratulations on the quick offer! You worked hard on that property and deserve a huge "high five".
Hi Fred,
It was great for them to get an offer so quickly after sitting on market for over 6 mos. with nada happening. Their realtor (REMAX natch) is playing it smart & has open houses set for this coming Sat. & Sunday. The first offer is subject to sale of her home and there should be other offers out there, hopefully with no subject to, except inspection.
Sally,
Many thanks for your acknowledgement. I did work hard on this one trying to meet timelines and stay within budget. Everyone who saw it before loves the results. Feels very good.
Nice work - love the color choice too.
That wall paper makes me car sick...you h ave done an excellent job..thanks for sharing.
Thank You Peggy. I was really pleased with how it turned out. It was difficult de-staging this serene room.
Hi Mary Lou. No kidding: that choice was a strange one. Thank you for your compliment.
