OK, so here's the skill testing question - which room would you rather sleep in?

Oh all right, there is furniture in the second bedroom, but which room is more restful?before

Which room do you think potential buyers would find more appealing?

YES, THIS IS THE SAME ROOM - BEFORE & AFTER STAGING BY UPSTAGING YOUR HOMES

IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT TO RECOGNIZE WHY HOME STAGING IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE PROCESS OF SELLING A HOUSE?

Sharon,

The dreaded wallpaper... it really is too personalized and should always be removed before putting a house on the market!  Glad to see that your clients listened to your recommendations, great results!

Ok so the staged room is better, but did you have to remove that lovely wooden shelf from the wall?  Looks like a very convenient place to keep my glasses and tissues. LOL!  Beautiful job, as usual!

Hi Sharon, Wow!  Congratulations on the quick offer!  You worked hard on that property and deserve a huge "high five".

Hi Fred,

It was great for them to get an offer so quickly after sitting on market for over 6 mos. with nada happening.  Their realtor (REMAX natch) is playing it smart & has open houses set for this coming Sat. & Sunday.  The first offer is subject to sale of her home and there should be other offers out there, hopefully with no subject to, except inspection.

Sally,

Many thanks for your acknowledgement.  I did work hard on this one trying to meet timelines and stay within budget.  Everyone who saw it before loves the results.  Feels very good.

Thank You Peggy.  I was really pleased with how it turned out.  It was difficult de-staging this serene room.

Hi Mary Lou.  No kidding: that choice was a strange one.  Thank you for your compliment.
