2 Comments on HELPING 100 INVESTORS SUCCEED!
Hello Ginger,
Some of the things that I help investors succeed in are short sales, equity deals, buying and selling notes, brokering note deals, foreclosures, hard money lending, private investing, and helping people get their investment properties financed into a better loan. I've worked as a financial advisor and banker, and I have had the good fortune to travel across the country working as a mortgage professional for some time now working to help investors purchase or refinance their property. Yes, I do lend in all 50 states! I was lucky enough to take some great notes and apply what I learned from some of the most successful speakers. I have structured my mortgage and real estate investment company to work almost exclusively with investors and I speak nationally on financing techniques. I have become successful, and have been asked by several organizations to work as a private mentor and coach to some investors who are willing to spend $15k for me to come out to their markets and help them set up, find deals, and get there business jump started. While that is awesome, I truly enjoy helping people succeed, and not everyone has that capability. I got started with $100 bucks on my first deal on a ugly house that I had driven by for over 3 years. I find that the majority of people drive by deals all the time and they just need some help. If you would like to talk more, feel free to give me a call. I will be up for some time, or call me tomorrow!
Yours in Success,
Scott Carson
