I am a real estate investor who works in the mortgage and note industry with investors only!  I have had the pleasure to learn from some of the industries greatest minds like Ron Legrand, Bob Leonetti, John Mac Neil, Lee Arnold, and others.  I have helped many investors structure, fund, and find the money that they need to have their deal close.  There is no other joy than seeing a new investor close their first deal and receive their first check!  I have helped people with traditional financing, hard money, private money, and other sources (partnering, options, and owner financing) to help them set up their deals more efficiently and effectively in order for them to leave as little money as possible on the table.  Now it is your or a colleague of yours to take advantage of this same skill set. 

I have set an aggresive goal to help another 100 investors find, structure, and fund their deals by the end of 2007!  That is an average of 20 investors per month!  It is truly a joy to help people succeed.  I was very fortunate to have been given free access to 100's of thousands of dollars worth of teaching, and now it is my turn to return it or pay it forward.  I am not looking to charge someone thousands, hundreds, or even ten dollars to help them succeed.  My advice is free.  Zilch. Nada. Zero.  The way I look at it, I will probably end up doing some loans, hard money, or partnering with some investors along the way.  By me helping others succeed, I will succeed in my own endeavors.
