Why Use Home Inspection Companies?


Especially for older homes, and even for a newer one, a home inspection is a valuable service to home buyers.  Whether you live in Rapid City, Custer, Hot Springs, Deadwood or Hill City there are plenty of reasons to get a home inspection.  A home inspector will walk you through a 1 ½ to 2-hour visual inspection of the home to determine its condition and that of its systems.
