Are Your Referal Agents Getting The Job Done For You?

How many times do work hard and spend significant amounts of time trying to track down Great agents in other cities to send a referal to?

It's so easy to set an agent receiving a referal up for success right. 

If you know your referal client well, you can give the agent a fantastic insight into specifically what they might be looking for in an agent.  It's like getting an inside track into a client before even meeting them!

With all that said..... how could the referal agent screw that up???  Well, the answer is Easy!

By not listening and not taking heed of the good advice given to them by the referal agent.

Recently we sent a referal out to an agent and she did everything exactly opposite of what we advised her that the client would be open to. 

Needless to say, she didn't get the listing and we won't get the referal fee.

Big Sigh..... just by following simply directions she could have signed up a very nice listing~!

For any referal clients that you need to find good agents in the Pittsburgh Pa real estate area, send them to us and you Better Believe...... we WILL get the referal business and You WILL get your referal fee!
