It has been a while since I produced my statistics, so I looked at November - January sales. I have been busy getting my Brokers license and it left me with no time to blog between classes and study time. I am glad to have that behind me. I will be managing Vacation Rentals with my new brokerage called Western Shore Realty, LLC. It is in the beginning stages right now so i will keep you updated.

In January I started to collect data from Anne Arundel County as well as Calvert County and St Marys county. There are more vacation home sales in Anne Arundel then the other two counties so it will be interesting. Below I have only included Saint Mary's and Calvert County data for waterfront sales.
