Yesterday Sellsius came to St. Paul, MN.  I have to say those guys are a lot of fun and it was wonderful to meet some local bloggers and Active Rain members in person.  Here in Minnesota we have a fairly small group of real estate bloggers.  Also see Bonnie Erickson's post with more pictures and a slide show.

Rudy really likes his video camera, I know at one point I chased him around the picnic area with it.  I suspect that footage will end up on the cutting room floor.

It did not take me long to put Joe and Rudy to work.  They handled their task with the greatest of ease and didn't burn anything.  The object in Rudy's hand is a video camera.  He is very attached to it, or maybe it is attached to him, I couldn't tell.

Rudy, Joseph, and Alex Stenbach of CTX Mortgage.  Alex is the writer of Behind the Mortgage, which he started in 2004.  You can see three camera's in this picture.   I am not sure why Rudy set down the video camera, up until this moment I had thought that it would have to be surgically removed from his hands.

It wasn't all fun and camera's we did have some interesting conversations about real estate and technology, and They left without buying any property which was a shame as we had so many realtor's on hand. 

They left and we told them how to get to Denver, 35 south and hang a right on I80, if we gave them bad directions it will be interesting to see where they end up.
