Think about the content on your website right now. What kinds of content do you provide that tells a visitor that they have a reason to come back a week (or a month, or a day) from now to see something new?

If you can't think of anything, your site will probably not perform well, simply because online homebuyers are usually not as far along in the process as someone who is ready to talk to an agent right now. They need to think of you as a consistently useful resource while they are in the early stages of looking for a home, so once they are further down the purchase funnel, they will come to you to make an offer.

Not sure what you would provide that would keep visitors coming back to you? First of all, think about your audience. For a REALTOR® like you, the audience is home Buyers and Sellers. As much as you might wish they were interested in you as a person, what they really care about is available homes for sale.

If you provide a tool that they actually enjoy using to search for homes, they will come back to your website again and again…. and become leads and clients! Many offer automated listing update emails for properties that match their search description, saved searches, saved listings, and more. Or, create your own drip email system offering information and advice for finding and buying a home. Or, offer to provide market or mortgage rate updates. Or, create a newsletter with all sorts of information! The point is, you need to provide something that visitors are interested in!
