There are  155 currently active condo or townhouses family homes 14 are under contract, 12 are pending, and 12 closed in January.   Taken as a percentage of sales or imminent  sales this represents 24% of what is currently available.   It is a great time for first time home buyers and sellers that wish to take advantage of the home buyers tax credit to buy or sell.

Condominium sellers were getting 95% of their asking price on the sales that closed in January.  This  was much better than the 92% of the asking price for January in 2009, the average condo sold is about 200 sq. ft. smaller and the average price was less, however and price per square was $25 per square greater January 2010 than the same month in 2009.
