Bounded by 11th St N, Randolph St N, and Stafford St N, the location is smack in the middle of Ballston, near restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and most importantly, just yards from Ballston metro. 
Both the upper units and lower units are similarly sized at approximately 1354 square feet, and each is two levels. Almost all the units have 3 bedrooms (a few have 2 large bedrooms instead of 1 large and 2 smaller) and two full baths. Some upper units have an extra half bath on the main level for a total of 2.5 baths. Each unit has one assigned parking spot, and there are several guest parking spots in the common lot. Condo fees are approximately $315/month and cover common area maintenance, professional property management, roof and exterior maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, semi-annual HVAC maintenance, and insurance, among other things.
In the past year, four units sold in Randolph Square, and sold quickly. Prices ranged from a net price of $550,000 to a high of $610,000. All sold within 3 weeks of being placed on the market, and one sold within just 3 days, so be ready to write an offer if you see a home in this community you like!
