Keep going, use the google adwords tools to find out what the most popular search terms are for dyersburg real estate, then write blog posts, and build web pages to take advantage of you SEO knowledge. It works, just stick with it.
AR has been great helping me with SEO. Adwords helps finding good terms too.
I have been told that Active Rain is one of the Google Authority sites which gets an extra boost in SEO with Google. Other sites include WordPress, HubPages, and YouTube. Keep posting. Make sure what you do here you also post on the other Authority sites.
