MARKETING PROPERTY INTERNATIONAL

I have 10 acres of land for sale for $3,850,000 in Delray Beach, next to Stone Creek Ranch, & Mizner Country Club, multi million dollar communities, my seller seems to think if I advertise it in Hong Kong it will sell right away. That was a new one for me, but then I meet a Realtor at this same property, and told me his wife deals with mostly foreigners, from France, London, and she made a million in commission from one client WOW!!!, So now it has really got me thinking about getting involved in marketing internationally, I would love to hear any ideas about getting stated on this, any agents you have worked with, I am interested in letting them market my listing over seas.....

We should have coffee/lunch and talk about this. I have successfully been blogging to foreign nationals. Now is a great time for them because the Dollar is so weak. I just had someone call me and tell me that with the dollar at .72|1 Euro she was ready to buy NOW

Think about the potential for someone that was interested in having some development opportunities like that ...

The area around your listing is fantastic. Both Mizner CC and Stone Brook are gorgeous communities. This would make a great opportunity for someone!
