Excellent information for the Bloomingdale Community!! This is a great post for Localism!!

I think that many people including Realtors have dumped Bloomingdale for Fishhawk. There are just as many amenties if not more and there are less fees.

I have lived here for 12+ years and love it. The schools are great and everything is close, including the hospital which keeps growing along with the other medical offices.

What makes Bloomingdale such a great place is all of the different little neighborhoods. There is newer homes as well older ones built in the 1980" with loads of mature trees and character. Bloomingdale is Eastern Hillsborough County's Carrolwood.
