We are moving homes in that $125,000 range at Lake Oconee. I think everyone is trying to take advantage of the tax breaks. Also there are some really great deals out there. Some of these homes you could not build for the price they are selling for. In the last week, my partners and I, put under contract 4 homes in the $120,000 price range.
Also on the lake homes range in the $300,000 to $3 million range. Some of the homes have been slashed in half !!!! We are starting to see some activity. We have put under contract a Lake Home in Reynolds Landing that was a $750,000 home for $610,000 with furnishings and a home that was $389,000 for $315,000. We are showing and selling every week. Alot of our clients seem to be referrals from Atlanta agents that refer us!!! Thank you!!!
There are alot of real deals out there and it is a great time to buy !!!! I haven't the prices this good for the buyer since I have lived here, over 14 years!!!
