When Buyer ask why Quarter shares…over one week time share or full ownership?

I tell them this 13 week (with your use every 4th week throughout the year) ownership, is like having a vacation home with three partners. But you don’t have to get along with your partners. You show up enjoy your week, and lock the door when you leave.

Steve, It looks like a great place to own! Especially with all the split up fees. Can they even build that close to the water anymore? We go to a place in the mountains, a fishin' shack...It's fantastic because it all but overhangs the river! They aren't allowed to build so close up there anymore.
