While the real estate market for condos for sale in Kingstowne VA also witnessed a slight increase in units sold, up one unit from 5 last month to 6, there were also more condos for sale that entered the market. Condo home sellers in Eton Square, Chancery, Stratford Place had stiff competition as the units that sold were split evenly between the $200k price range and the $300k price range.
