When I first read this post this morning I became very discouraged and there seems to be crooks & thieves in every line of work.
I don't really think Bob Stewart removing their content is enough and they should be terminated from the Activerain Network all together.
If this happened to me, I would not let is rest and I would go after them full force. I would take legal action against them to stop what they have already started and before they do it to any other agents in the Industry.

WHILE REVIEWING WEB SITES ADVERTISING REAL ESTATE SERVICES IN NORTHERN VIRGINIA, a few months ago, I discovered that a real estate agent was using my content for most if the main page of his web site. I got a chuckle because, not only did he use one of my copyright protected maps, he also use a full page of content from one of my web sites and included a photo of my home.
I LOVE ATTORNEYS. We've been trying to serve this copyright violator to no avail. He's using a phony address for his real estate license and doesn't respond to any mail sent to his broker of record.
THIS AGENT ISN'T THE FIRST REAL ESTATE AGENT TO TRY TO EVADE SERVICE WHEN CAUGHT USING CONTENT FROM MY WEB SITES. However, sooner or later, we track them down. Since we can't serve this agent in person with the complaint for damages, we requested the court for the ability to NOTICE him by alternative service, which is publication in local newspapers.
We will obtain a judgment for damages from this real estate agent for illegal use of my map and other content. If he doesn't answer the Complaint, I'm happy with a default judgment because it will be on his credit report until the judicial lien is satisfied and released. Any award received by the court will be plus legal fees.
