Well, I have seen a dramatic increase in the number of showings my listings are experiencing this past week. This is definitely a sign that buyers are beginning to feel that sense of urgency to be under contract prior to the April 30th deadline for the 2 tax credits available to home buyers and owners. FINALLY!!! I guess buyers are listening to analysts and getting the feeling that the deadline will not be extended again. This could be the beginning of a great year for many! Fingers crossed and I hope for BIG success for everyone in our industry!

Noticed the same thing happening here. Despite the weather, the buyers wanting to cash in on the tax credit are beginning to feel a sense of urgency. Hope it lasts.
