Thought of the day... Wayne Gretzky

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Temecula Valley

I don't like my hockey sticks touching other sticks, and I don't like them crossing one another, and I kind of have them hidden in the corner. I put baby powder on the ends. I think it's essentially a matter of taking care of what takes care of you.

Wayne Gretzky

Thought this was appropriate today since the lighting of the torch for the Olympics last night.

Hey Darren,

Pretty good philosophy. It was nice seeing the great-one last night.

I treat my contract signing pens the same way. Tools of the trade right? Loved the opening, wish I was there.

Darren,

I worked in Richmond, BC in 1971. During the winter Olympics we watched Canada play Hockey on TV during the day. Business came to a standstill in the store where I worked. Customers came in and wanted nothing until the game was over.

Enjoy,

Steve

Gretzgy was a sharp guy. His advice about taking care of your tools is right on.

I think he sounds just a tad OCD. I wonder what he does with them now?

The Great One has always been such a class act. Canada could not have found a better person to light the cauldron. It was kind of neat to watch him being taken to the outdoor cauldron to light it all by himself.
