11 Comments on Not All Prince William County Foreclosures Require Hazmat Warnings
Cindy,
We don't have tons of luxury foreclosures but there are some real beauties out there. Prince William County has some gems!
Cindy:
It sounds as though there are some fabulous opportunities in Prince William County to find a luxury home right now at a great price and you know how to help people to find them. This is valuable information and buyers should take advantage of your knowledge of the area and call you today.
There are some wonderful deals out there....I like your example.....good info..take care!
Cindy: The landscape of foreclosures certainly has changed. Two years ago walking into a home and leaving in disgust were normal. Now, that is the rare ocassion, and our buyers are reaping the benefits.
Cindy: Just had a significant luxury property in Sonoma listed and sold by a bank. Multiple offers and many of us are waiting to see the sales price. So far we haven't had a lot of these but who knows what this year will bring?
Good information Cindy, we don't have much in the way of luxury homes here in Gettysburg, Pa, but coming here from Santa Cruz, Ca I do know what you are getting at. I also love the line about the press focusing on the negative, sometimes I just have to turn things off so that I can allow some positive energy into my head...Thanks
Irene-we do have some gems in the area. My clients lost out two last week with multiple offers!
Claudette-throughout our area properties are selling at a variety of price points. There are some great prices on homes that 4 years ago would have been out of the reach of many buyers.
Kristin-thanks for stopping by. Deals are out there agents just need to be out looking for them.
Chris Ann-I'm seeing fewer homes that make me run and scream. Of course now when I see the word MOLD in the MLS I don't even bother to go in.
Kristen-in Fairfax County just north of Prince William County there was a 700% increase in home sales between $900,000-$999,000 (January 09 compared to January 10) That's something to ponder!
Gerry-all of a sudden we are starting to see some positive press about prices in our area.
