Seems like in the last 4 weeks we have seen a upswing in the market. We have had a lot of activity in the first time home buyer market,$125000 and under range. We have more hits on my websites and more calls on property on the lake as well... People are hunting for deals and they seem to be either cash buyers or moving money around they have from IRA's or stocks. I feel like we will see alittle upswing in the market this summer. What do you think???
There are alot of great deals out there and and to be honest I think it is a great time to buy!!!
Here at Lake Oconee we have been showing property every weekend and writting contracts!!!! Between just three agents at Keller Williams we have put under contract and sold over 2 million dollar of real estate since Feb 10th!!!! That is great!!!!
Jan is usually our down month too. If this is a sign of what spring will bring, I am ready!!!!!
