Other waterfront condo communities include Shearwater, Stoney Beach, The Bluffs, The Point, Elizabeth Landing, and The Yacht Club, and others.  Most are owner-occupied, but a few are rental units; some are used by MD legislators when they move to Annapolis each year between January and April.
