6 Comments on Portland, OR Metro Market -- Supra Lockbox Activity 2/7/10
Very nice and astute report. . .in my area, the snow is dictating when properties are being shown
Hi Fernando -- I'm a little surprised with our showings, because we are having unusually mild weather. Yeah, the snow on the east coast-- wow. Good thing you got the Hummer to get around.
I'm sure this activity will pick up soon. Portland is such a great place to live!
Hi Nevin . . . today is very springlike. A very gorgeous day!
Hi Carla, Great info and great way to gauge the showing activity on properties. Here we have seen a huge turn to the combo lockbox, as we have so many short sales and foreclosures for sale. An agent can purchase 3 combo boxes for the price of one Supra box, so they are finding it much more cost efficient to get the combo boxes.
Hi Sandy . . . interesting. I've been to quite a few REO and they use the combo box, but for shorts, I'm still noticing the lockboxes. When agents list the REO's it makes sense to be 'cost effective.'
