16 Comments on Snow Days in Bristow, VA Aren't All Bad...Especially When You Start the Day with Short Sale Approval.
Chris Ann ---- well, congratulations on 2 accounts -- getting your short sale approved and getting those pants hemmed.
Chris Ann: May I be the first to wish you a happy and joyous "regularly scheduled trash day." Are you going to put up a tree ?
And... part II... congratulations on your Short Sale approval. Maybe you've uncovered the secret. One blizzard = one short sale approval. Great News !
What a great way to start a Monday. Hopefully it is just a sampling of a great week ahead. By the way how many Broker classes have been cancelled?
Liz: I should have done this ages ago...hemming the pants. They are so comfy and warm.
Karen Anne: I hope that is not the secret to short sale approval. I can't handle any more blizzards.
Cindy: No cancelled Broker classes, surprisingly. We've managed to get them all in, with one accerlerated class the day of the first February blizzard.
Gotta love it when things come together so nicely. Enjoy your week and your warm comfy slacks. :0)
Congratulations on getting the deal closed. If you ever need help on a short sale or want a professional negotiator to take away the headaches let me know. It won't cut into your commision.
Well I think I'd pick up that needle and thread myself if it was preceeded by a nice WF SS Approval !!!!
A Happy Monday indeed :o)
Congrats Chris Ann !!
Sheldon
I, too, have those inspriations where I can just walk on air, or sew hems! ;-) Good day, and good start of the week.
Hi Chris Ann, congrats on the approval. I'm sure your client is very happy. Isn't it funny how we can deal with difficult situations but things like sewing make us cringe? I don't go near a sewing machine. It wouldn't be pretty, lol.
Chris Ann....Congratulations on your short sale approval. The overall result for both the buyer and seller is wonderful. Kudos to you for your sewing achievement!
Martha: Now that I'm not walking on the legs, I will make them a regular rotation in the wardrobe.
Mike: I don't look at working these as headaches. I am a control freak and like to have my hands in the stuff that really affects my clients.
Sheldon: Maybe next short sale approval I'll sew on the various missing buttons from other wadrobe items.
Carla: Everytime I see you in my comments I wonder when my friend Carol became a Realtor®. You look just like her.
Jackie: I love to sew, just have very little time for it these days. And the further I get from my sewing machine, the more I feel like I don't know what I'm doing.
Carra: Thanks. This year has certainly started off with a bang with regards to my business.
Glad to hear you had such a productive snowy Monday!! I would love to have my trash picked up... seems like its been weeks... oh, wait it has!!
I made it out to 4 appointments yesterday including a walk thru - feeling pretty productive as well! Hope its a good week for all of us.
Cara: It's nice to be able to be out and about again. I did end my day by getting trapped in a parking space. Lesson learned: Just because you can pull in, doesn't mean you can back out.
Congratulations on the short sale!!! Snow days are bad after all...
Helping you help others live their American dream...
Michael: Thanks. And I'm pretty sure you meant to say, snow days aren't bad days after all.
