Dear Friend,
It’s that time of year again; we have scheduled our annual charity auction on March 20th starting at 5:00 at the Exploration Park III Conference Center in Lexington Park. This event helps fund our year of giving to numerous charities including: Children’s Hospital, United Way, Hospice, Christmas in April, American Cancer Society, and so many more.
We would like to take the time to personally invite you to spend the evening with us and to help us make this year’s event even better than the years before. The pot luck dinner starts at 5:00 and the auction starts promptly at 6:00.
Additionally, we are in desperate need of items to auction. With the slower economy we need everyone’s help obtaining quality items to auction. The most popular items are gift baskets, gift certificates, time shares, event tickets, etc. If you have any items to donate please drop them off to our office and make sure you tell them its for Gabriela Agostinelli and leave your name (for donation receipt).
Last year we were overwhelmed by the community support and vendor/business donations. Our team raised over $9,500.00 for our local charities! And we hope that the 2010 charity auction will be an even bigger success. This is a great way to give back to the wonderful community we live in and it’s a tax deduction as well.
