I have been learning that mortgages are changing basicly day to day. I keep letting my buyers know that they need to stay updated with the ever changing industry in the loan world. I am so happy that I have go to loan officers that will send me emails and keep updated with changes as they happen.

I also know that if anyone would have gotten a loan 5 months ago it would be a cake walk. Now 100 % financing is getting harder and harder to come by. What I do not understand is why are those who have  the credit scores of over the 700 cannot still get the 100 % financing. Why are those who are doing so well be penilized by those who messed everything up.

Now I find out that the 95 % is getting harder and harder that it is turning out to be 90 %. Bring your 10 % down. Ouch again to those who I believe deserve being treated on a silver platter and they to have to come up with this money.

When will it break so those who deserve the break get the break. How long can this last? Anyone see a break up ahead?

Oh, then the stocks take off today and there goes the interest rate again.

Susan, the only 100% Loan programs that I know of that have become harder to do are the Subprime loans, other than that all the other ones that I have are still easy to do. My Community Loans will approve a borrower with scores in the upper 500's for example.  My be the Loan Officers that you are dealing with are not looking at the right programs.

I thought I heard that they were only doing loans in the 600 range. It is amazing what is going on out there. thanks George.
