This video will have you rolling! For all those that have dealt with short sales, bank owned foreclosures and other "bank deals"....you'll love this.

A fellow agent e-mailed this to me today. The video, entitled "How to Buy a Bank Owned Home," is sure to bring a laugh -- perhaps a pained one -- but a laugh, nonetheless. I think we can all relate...no matter which "part" we play.

Yea!!! I loved it. I am sure I have been dealing with this bank in the past and I would like to keep it that way. So far this year my listings are not short sales and my buyers are not searching out only bank owned properties.
