In todays world people are snoopy and love to know information about their friends, neighbors, family and anything else they might think interesting and informative.  People and consumers seem to find themselves on the internet getting this information.  Not all sites are accurate, but it's more information they had before they started the search.  Consumers all seem to find zillow.com, which now is ranked #2 for the place consumers would search for home values.  Zillow.com has never been accurate or even close on the values in my area.  Now zillow.com has some good competition that is pretty accurate and it's Cyberhomes.com  They have a great map with aerial views, detailed heat maps of home values, changes in value and property density, lists of comparable homes along with a map of them with prices and addresses, neighborhood information with charts and graphs with status on population, age of population, population density per square mile, median age, high schools, graduates, 2-year degree and 4-year degree, income per capita, unemployment rates, and much, much more.  I think Cyberhomes.com will be moving up the ranks quickly and possibly rated #1 soon in the search for home values.  The other great news provided here today in our Keller Williams Integrity First Partner's meeting, is cyberhomes.com is now a parnter with Keller Williams and the agents will have their homes loaded on cyberhomes.com automatically through out KWLS system and will be up and running around September 1st.  This will be a great listing tool and great information for the snoopy consumers.
