Steve does not have any formal lead generation systems on the internet, his business model and traffic is through unique marketing most agents are afraid to use. These are ads which he does not pay for if he can set them up correctly. Steve has a unique approach to marketing, and to financing. Those are 2 things that set him a part.
For agents with an open mind, you will benefit from the video. For those with perceptions, you will limit what you learn.
"Never hand your clients over to a mortgage broker" - He does NOT do the mortgage for his clients, he is referring to something else, to protect your commission. He does not do mortgages himself :-)
He takes steps so that the mortgage broker can't sidestep him. For example, the mortgage broker would get his clients approved for a FSBO, where he would lose his commission.
