Today the final parades wind thru Louisiana and surrounding states that have taken up the Mardi Gars fever. While the parades and beads are fun, one of the most important items during this season is the King Cake. It is fit that this king cake would be found everywhere and that people would indulge all during the Mardi Gras period of February. Hummm. Fat Tuesday. That's how everyone is feeling about now, Fat.
