Murphy has new bank offering great land loans

Many of our customers and clients come to the mountains of Murphy looking to purchase real estate they can hold on to for many years and enjoy. Quite a few are specifically looking for an acre lot or more and want to build their cabin in a couple of years when they retire or have more "spendable" money.

this is a great post. Normally people from out of town (or out of state) always need help to get financing to get that dream started.

Do you know what the maximum LTV is and minimum credit score requirements for these land loans are?

Absolutely. I called on it and they can do a 90% LTV and prefer to have a credit score of 620 or more. They can do lower scores than that, it just requires it be brought to their approval board. It's really a great program!
