I was out showing property recently, In Mandy Farms subdivision and the potential buyer asked why every home in the neighborhood had a dog house in the front yard!?
A lot of homes outside of city limits are on well water. Those little dog houses they were asking about were actually Well pump houses. If you have well water, A Well pump house is a good idea to protect the well pump from cold, rain and sun and will save you money in the long run. Not only that, but most well pump houses are nicer to look at than the actual system.
There are many different Well Pump Houses you can go with. Some people go with the simple "Large Fiberglass Rock" purchased as hardware and landscaping supply companies.
