My biggest pet peeve is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION...

  • Between originators and processors.
  • Between Processors and closers.
  • Between lenders (in general) and the RE Broker.

I believe that (as much as possible) we all need to be on the same page. Thanks for the post!

My biggest request would be seeing a loan through from start to finish, and not showing up at closing and having two or three things go wrong, to where we can't even close on that day!
